Hello, everyone. I'm Running Hae Young, a woman who loves exercise.
I clearly eat what I want, like pizza, tteokbokki, and chicken,
easily consuming 1,000 calories,
but why is losing weight so difficult?
What's the
most calorie-burning
exercise?
With that thought in mind, I tried running and F45 indoor training,
but losing 1,000 calories a day is really hard.
Team Delta Pro is a team for runners who want to overcome their limits with Descente and improve their running speed.
We meet twice a month to train together.
#TeamDeltaPro. This time, we had a session that included jogging and intervals on the Namsan North Circular Road.
We gathered at 7 am and ran 6km on the Namsan North Circular Road (jogging pace)
+ 15 laps of 100m hill training. Even though the weather had cooled down a bit,
the heart rate fluctuated during the intervals.
100m felt so long.....
Why are there so many people here at 7 am...?
Why was I asleep at this time...?
I stopped at 10km due to an ankle issue,
but the #DescenteRunning Delta Pro team finished strong.
Very impressive...

After the run (to shower),
I arrived at #f45boramae.
On Saturdays, it includes both strength and cardio training,
so my heart rate fluctuated, as expected.
I brought the leftover Powerade from my run,
I would have been dizzy without it.
Strength training immediately follows cardio,
so it's relentless...
So, between the 10km run and the 50-minute high-intensity training,
which one burned more calories?
