Hello, everyone. I'm Runninghaeyoung, a woman who loves to exercise.
As someone who has enjoyed running for 8 years, I know firsthand how much shoe selection impacts running performance.
As an 8-year veteran runner, I've tried various shoes, including stability, cushioned, and carbon plated shoes. I recommend the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 for these types of runners:
Over time, I've learned that reducing foot fatigue is important, and that requires shoes that provide stability and support natural foot movement. The Adrenaline GTS 23 has become my go-to jogging shoe. Thanks to Brooks' GuideRails System, which controls foot movement and provides stable support, I've noticed a reduction in impact on my ankles and knees, thus lowering the risk of injury.

During runs, especially long distances, foot fatigue often leads to loss of balance. The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23's GuideRails system provides smart stability. It minimizes unnecessary movement, maximizing stability. Having worn various shoes over eight years, I found the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23 significantly improved stability during long runs, particularly during city runs or on uneven surfaces.

The Adrenaline GTS 23 utilizes DNA LOFT cushioning. It's moderately soft without being overly mushy, supporting natural foot movement while preventing strain. Especially for runners who feel their feet collapse while running, I recommend trying a shoe that promotes natural movement instead of focusing solely on high cushioning.
For runners like me who run consistently every week, durability is crucial.
Runners who prioritize foot stability and enjoy long-distance runs (LSD) will appreciate this shoe's functionality and comfort.
The Adrenaline GTS 23's excellent durability means it doesn't wear out easily and maintains comfort for a long time.
It also offers a wide option for those with wider feet, making it easy to find the perfect fit.
Based on my experience of completing six full marathons,
I'm confident this shoe greatly helps prevent injuries and maintain long-term running performance. That's why I wear them often.
This time, I tried running with the Brooks Adrenaline Socks (white). While the cushioning felt less than my usual marathon cushioning socks, the varied fabric weaves across different parts of the foot— providing breathability where needed and support where it's necessary— made these my new go-to socks. I wish there were more color options, though! ㅎㅎ
I paired these with the Korean edition top and bottom, designed for the physique and sensibilities of Korean runners. The mesh fabric allows for comfortable running, effectively venting heat and moisture, even during summer runs.
(It’s so comfortable because of the Korean fit…)
I believe trying them on is better than just hearing about how good they are. Since they’re also good as walking shoes, I recommend these to those who want an all-around running shoe.
I visited the Brooks Sangsu showroom through #fixnis to get an explanation and try them on. If you’re interested in the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23, I highly recommend visiting!
