The clean and quiet interior has four beds and some simple exercise equipment.
After the professional consultation, it helped to quickly restore my crooked posture, stiff muscles, and weakened joints to their original state. It not only helped with the rapid recovery and recharge of muscles fatigued from frequent running, but also made me more flexible and faster, upgrading my power. ㅎㅎㅎ
The instructor made small talk to make me feel comfortable, and the hour went by quickly. I felt like a robot that needed lubrication from head to toe, and I involuntarily made a sound, "Heup...," every time they stretched my short muscles. Could I have stretched to the maximum myself? (No)
