Bread-Fueled Trail Running: Registration Open for the Bread Trail Run

Hello, I'm a 10-year veteran runner <span>#runninghaeyoung</span>. Following the Gangneung PPang Run, the PPang Trail Run has opened at High1 Resort in Jeongseon, Gangwon-do, for all you "PPang-doongi" (bread-loving) runners. It's a new challenge, but I'll tell you why I highly recommend it.

Date: June 14th (Sat) ~ 15th (Sun), 2025 Venue: High1 Resort, Jeongseon Course: 20K / 12K Campaign: A portion of the entry fee will be used to purchase bread and donate it to children's welfare centers in Gangwon Province. Energy replenishment at brunch cafes, ice cream shops, and confectioneries CPs

Your record is only registered if you pass the CP (Check Point). The unique Check Points of the PPang Trail Run, discovered while running along the bread trail, seem special. There are brunch cafes (I can't wait!), ice cream shops, and confectioneries, they say. ㅎㅎㅎㅎ

(If you run too fast, you might miss out on enjoying the CPs properly; it might even be a disadvantage! ㅎㅎ)

There are cute back-print t-shirts, finisher medals, race bibs, and keyrings.

It's not the PPang Trail Run, but it shares the same course as the Untan-godo Skyrace. That's why I highly recommend it. ㅎㅎㅎ It's a course that both trail running beginners and experienced runners can enjoy, so I think it would be good to check out the related video.
