Hello, I'm Runninghaeyoung, a 10-year veteran runner. The Race Seoul 21k Marathon, originally scheduled for February 23rd, has been postponed due to large-scale rallies and demonstrations in Seoul.
<b>Notice Regarding the Change in Event Schedule</b> <b>1. Refund and Additional Registration Information</b> Due to the change in the event schedule, we will be processing refunds and accepting additional registrations so that you can reconsider your participation. <b>■ Refund Application Method</b>: Access the official website → Check Application → Apply for a refund. ■ <b>1st Refund Application Period</b>: From February 12th (Wed), 2025, 2 PM to February 23rd (Sun), 2025, 5 PM ■ <b>2nd Refund Application Period</b>: From February 25th (Tue), 2025, 5 PM to March 11th (Tue), 2025, 1 PM ■ <b>Refund Processing (Refund Payment) Period</b>: Processed sequentially within 2-3 weeks from the date of refund application. ■ <b>Additional Registration Schedule</b>: Scheduled to begin on February 25th (Tue), 2025, at 10 AM. ■ <b>Refund Application Deadline</b>: March 11th (Tue), 2025, 1 PM. ■ <b>Refunds, cancellations, and changes to participation information will not be accepted after March 11th (Tue), 2025, 1 PM.</b> <b>Please take sufficient time to consider your participation before making a decision, as there is ample time for refunds.</b>
<b>2. Information Regarding Event Souvenirs, Race Bibs, and Timing Chips</b> ✅ <b>Event Commemorative Medals</b> While the medals already produced have the original event date (2025.02.23) engraved on them, we are currently reviewing the possibility of reusing them after modifying the date to protect the environment and reduce disposal costs. We are informing you that this is a consideration of environmental responsibility and economic efficiency. ✅ <b>Race Bibs and Timing Chips</b> Due to refunds and new registrations, it has been deemed difficult to maintain data consistency. Therefore, the existing race bibs and chips will be discarded and newly produced and distributed.

The Race Leaders Group Application Information</b> Due to the change in the event schedule, the existing applications for the Leaders Group will be deleted, and new applications will be accepted.
